Pursuant to Section 618 of the Pennsylvania
Real Estate Tax Sale Law, 72 P.S. Section
5860.618, the owner of any propelty exposed
for sale herein shall have no right to purchase
his own property at this Judicial Sale.
The remainder of any proceeds from any
property sold shall be distributed in the
matter provided for under Section 205 of the
Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Sale Law, 72

1. The bid shall not be less than $200.00.
2. The Tax Claim Bureau will issue a deed

deed will be recorded before delivery
