NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Gary J. Bujalski has filed a Motion to Sell Real Property, Equipment and Liquor License Free and Divested of Liens for the following real property, equipment and liquor license to Ann McDermott or assigns for $89,000.00 (for the real property and equipment) and $40,000.00 (for the Liquor License), according to the terms set forth in the Motion to Sell:
1400 East Lake Road, Erie, Pennsylvania, 16507, and bearing Erie County Tax Identification No. (14) 1102-509, more fully described in Deed dated August 1,
2007, and recorded in the Erie County, Pennsylvania Recorder of Deeds Office in Record Book 1457, Page 683, and Equipment used in conjunction with the tavern business located on the real property known as the Lakeview Tavern, as well as PLCB Liquor License No. R-8549 (LID No. 43203).
On or before April 5, 2013, any Objections to the sale shall be filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Courthouse, Room B160, 17 South Park Row, Erie, PA 16501, with a copy served on the Moving Counsel.
A hearing on said Motion has been set for April 24, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., before the Honorable Thomas P.
