Adams" dated March 22, 2001 and recorded as Map No. 2001-125 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Erie County, PA, and being designated as Erie County Tax Parcel No. (40) 16-72-4.01 and being a portion of the property conveyed to Gary L. Pedro Barajas hereby is notified that his wife, Nilda I. Jusino-Sepulveda, commenced an action for divorce on April 10, 2013 in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania, No. 10929-2013. The grounds for divorce are irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. Pedro Barajas, as defendant, further is advised that Nilda I. Jusino-Sepulveda alleges she and Pedro Barajas were married on June 17, 2009 in Erie, Pennsylvania. Nilda I. Jusino-Sepulveda further avers that she currently is a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, that the exact whereabouts of Pedro Barajas are unknown but believed to be in Mexico City, Mexico. On April 10, 2013, Nilda I.
