1. A Declaration of Taking was filed on July 2, 2013, in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania, at the above term and number pursuant to provisions of the Borough Code, 53 P.S. § 45101, et seq., and the Eminent Domain Code, 26 Pa. C.S.A. § 101, et seq.
2. An easement has been condemned across your property for water line purposes by the Albion Borough, 26 Smock Avenue, Albion, Pennsylvania. This action was authorized by Ordinance No. 03-2013, passed by the Borough on May 3, 2013. The record of this action, as well as the project plans may be examined during normal business hours at the Borough office.
3. The properties affected by this action are identified by Erie County Tax ID number 01-003-034.0-007.00, and the location of said easement is set forth on the Declaration of Taking and project plans.
4. The Borough has acquired a permanent easement and temporary construction easement, as more fully set forth in the Declaration of Taking.
5. Just compensation for the taking has been secured by the Borough's taxing authority and the filing of a bond with the Declaration of Taking.
6.
