To: The heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through, and under Fred Adams, deceased
Plaintiffs are the owner of certain real property located in the Township of Harborcreek, Erie County, Pennsylvania, (1) identified as: (1) an approximately 200' x 37.4' irregular vacant lot identified by Erie County Tax Index Number 27-005-076.0-103.00 ("Lot 103"); and (2) an approximately 200' x 53.28' irregular vacant lot commonly known as 608 Crosley Road, Harborcreek, Pennsylvania and identified by Erie County Tax index Number 27-005-076.0-102.00 ("608 Crosley") (Lot 103 and 608 Crosley are together referred to as the "Properties"). The defendants may have some interest in the above described property. Plaintiffs have filed this action to quiet title to the property and seeks to bar the defendants from ever asserting any right, title, interest, lien or claim against the property.
