Plaintiff is the owner of certain real property located in the City of Erie, County of Erie, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of East 8th Street, as now laid out, One Hundred (100) feet Eastwardly from the East line of East Avenue; thence Eastwardly, along the South line of East 8th Street, Forty (40) feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of William Somers; thence Southwardly, along line of land of or formerly of William Somers, Fifty (50) feet; thence Westwardly, parallel with East 8th Street, Forty (40) feet, more or less, to a point One Hundred (100) feet distant Eastwardly from the East line of East Avenue, and thence Northwardly, parallel with East Avenue, Fifty (50) feet to the South line of East 8th Street, the place of beginning. Identified by Erie County Tax Index No. (15) 2045-311. (hereinafter the “property”)
Plaintiff has filed this action to quiet title to the property and seeks to bar the defendants from ever asserting any right, title, interest, lien or claim against the property.
