The Complaint, filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania at No. 12682-2024, alleges that the Plaintiff, MAHAS, LLC, is the owner of the entire fee simple interest in the following parcel of property: 622 Payne Avenue, Erie, PA. Erie County Tax Parcel ID # 14011002020000.
The Court has ordered that notice to this action may be given by publication so that title to the property may be adjudicated. The Complaint requests the Court to decree that title to the property is free and clear of any claim or interest of any of the said Defendant, his heirs, successors and/or assigns, and that said Defendant be barred from asserting any right, title and interest in and to the property inconsistent with the interest and claim of the Plaintiff unless an action of ejectment is brought within thirty (30) days of the Court's Order.
