NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT David M. Roman and Angela M. Roman filed a Complaint to Quiet Title, in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania, on October 11, 2013, requesting the Court to divest any and all right, title, lien and interest you may have in the follow premises:

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Gulf Road said point being one thousand eighty-seven and ten one hundredths (1,087.10) feet from the intersection of Gulf Road and Kerr Road; then North 0° 00' one hundred eighty-eight (188) feet along the center line of Gulf Road to a point; thence North 64° 56' 33" East (passing over an iron pin at 27.81 feet) one thousand nine hundred sixty-one and eighty-seven hundredths (1,961.87) feet to a point; thence South 0° 00' three hundred seventy-three and eighty hundredths (373.80) feet to an iron pin; thence South 64° 00' West, one thousand four hundred eighty-five and eight hundredths (1,485.08) feet to an iron pin; thence due West four hundred forty-two and forty-six hundredths (442.46) feet (passing over a pin at 417.46 feet) to the place of beginning. Containing 15.379 acres of land as surveyed by R.B. Simons, P.E.
THE above described parcel being Lot No. 6 upon the survey of F.D. Simmons, recorded in Erie County Map Book 14 at page 60.
HAVING erected thereon a single family home with one care attached garage and being commonly known as 8537 Gulf Road, North East, Pennsylvania 16428 and bearing Erie County Tax Index No.:                     (37) 27-111-5.05.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs bring this Complaint to obtain an Order of Court to establish that the title to described premises be vested solely in Plaintiff's name, unless an action is instituted with thirty (30) days of the Final Court Order. It is requested that Defendant, her successors and/or assigns be forever divested of any right, title, or interest in the Subject Parcel, herein described, which is inconsistent with the interest of the Plaintiffs, and to have Plaintiffs' title to the parcels declared to be good, valid and indefeasible against the Defendant and her heirs.
