Certain real property and oil and gas leases in Warren and Forest Counties, Pennsylvania, along with related personal property, all associated with the Debtor’s business operations, as more fully described in the Sale Motion to Penn View Exploration, Inc. of Blairsville, Pennsylvania for $578,000.00 according to the terms set forth in the Sale Motion.
